The cooling system is arranged in a kitchen unit in the region of the extractor, the warm heat exchanger (8) being coupled to the extractor shaft (5). The warm exchanger may be thermally coupled to the shaft, or in it. Pref. the cold exchanger is in the spice cupboard. ADVANTAGE - Spices do not lose their aroma even after long storage.
