<p>Fine adjustment control mechanism for orientation and/or positioning a pay load, characterized by the fact that it comprises: elastic means formed by at least one continuous band (10); a means of support (15) for the load capable of converting the distortions of the band in rotation or roto-translation; means to displace (11) the band which are capable of applying direct stress at the same time on two diametrically opposed points of the band; means to vary (14) the orientation of the diametric line of action of the means of distortion of the band, which allows for fine or rough adjustment of orientation and/or positioning of the load.
