Then, in accordance to a motion formula employing said target value M and the features of one's own car, the target value (d) of any one of the front or rear wheel for realizing said target value M is obtained through target steering angle operating means 103. Thereafter, it is controlled to steer any one of the front or rear wheel to said target value 9d) by means of wheel steering means 104.
