A goods vehicle with a side wall of sheeting (5) is provided with means for rolling up the sheeting (5). The sheeting (5) is rolled up by rotation, wherein the roll (4) moves in vertical direction along the wall of the goods vehicle. During the rolling-up movement the sheeting (5) is situated outside the plane of the wall. At the end of the vertical movement the sheeting (5) is moved to a position in the plane of the wall.
