This is a device comprising on the one hand a rod (1) ending at one end in a foot (2) designed to be inserted through two aligned holes made in the support and in the element to be attached respectively, this foot being designed so as to widen out transversely immediately after passing through the two holes and then to be brought up against the support when the rod is pulled in the opposite direction to the above insertion, and on the other hand a head (3) providing axial locking. The rod (1) is threaded and scored by longitudinal grooves (11) and the head (3) consists of a nut (15) screwable onto the rod, which nut is extended axially by a skirt (16) on whose inside surface are projecting catches (17) able to interact with the grooves on the rod to enable angular locking of the nut on this rod. <IMAGE>
