<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a high gas barrier quality transfusion bag, which is harmless and excellent in safety and to hold stable gas cut off performance after processing heat sterilization, by using a thermo-plastic elastomer, not containing vinyl chloride and plasticizer, in the innermost and outermost layers and designing an intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION:Outer and inner layers 1 and 4 of this laminated unit are thermo-plastic elastomer layers of blend object mainly composed of styrene- ethylene butylene-styrene block copolymer and polyolefin, and heat seal, impulse seal, ultrasonic seal, high frequency seal, etc., can be attained. The outer layer 1 holdes heat resistance to prevent thermal fusion of the fellow packing materials at the time of processing heat sterilization. A gas barrier layer 3 is desirably a polychloride vinylidene system resin, and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponification object deteriorates gas barrier performance by steam infiltrated at the time of processing autoclave heat sterilization. By using this laminated unit, a high gas barrier transfusion bag, harmless, safe, excellent in heat resistance and also in gas barrier performance and possible to perform heat sterilization processing, can be realized.</p> |
