<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the optimum feeding quantity of a roller at that time in response to the friction or the like, and prevent the feeding miss of the sheet previously, and improve the carrying reliability of a paper feeding device by judging the optimum rotating speed of a paper feeding roller on the basis of the total printing sheet number stored in a fixed memory, and rotating the paper feeding roller at that rotating speed. CONSTITUTION:When the sheet feeding command is given, the total printing sheet number of a printer stored in a fixed memory 3 is sent to a computing circuit 10. Next, the computing circuit 10 computes the optimum rotating quantity of a paper feeding roller 2 at that time on the basis of the sheet number. Thereafter, a drive control circuit 11 drives a motor 12 as a driving means of the paper feeding roller 2 in response to the computed result. A change of the outer diameter of the paper feeding roller 2 and the elapsed deviation of the surface of the paper feeding roller 2 is thus compensated by controlling the rotating speed of the paper feeding roller 2 at the optimum value in response to the total printing sheet number, and the sheet 8 can be fed out to an intermediate carrying roller 5 securely.</p> |
