PURPOSE:To expand the utilization of software and to protect the copyright by providing a charging/collecting means for counting up the frequency of the utilized software at every computer system of a user, and charging it based on charging information, and a claiming system counting up this information in a user unit for claiming. CONSTITUTION:Software which can be utilized under the environment of a computer system 1 is fully provided as a standard and released. A charging system 2 counts up the frequency of the software utilized by the computer system, transfers the information to a collecting system 3, and counts up and outputs charging information. A claiming system 4 counts up the information outputted from the collecting system 3 to a user unit, and executes a claim. In such a way, the generation of appropriation which disregards the copyright can be prevented. |
