<p>PURPOSE:To carry out a cassette easily through the changeover of the movement direction of the cassette by means of a cassette carrying out signal, by providing at a cassette transport device transport direction changeover means which change the transport direction of the cassette. CONSTITUTION:Drive energy is stored at a drive means 27 from the drive source 22 of an image formation device main body, and the cassette transport device of the image formation device is driven by means of the drive means 27, and a cassette is automatically attached/detached to the image formation device. In this instance, the transport direction of the cassette is changed by means of transport direction changeover means 6, 7.
