PURPOSE:To record a voice signal with a long time and a voice signal with a short time without waste of recording capacity by splitting a voice memory with large capacity into lots of blocks, connecting optionally split blocks, securing one consecutive memory area so as to record the voice signal therein. CONSTITUTION:A DRAM 4 is split into lots of blocks and stores a voice signal together with an address signal. That is, the BRAM 4 stores a head block number, a final block number and a block number storing a message for each message as to one message as a message pointer, and stores a head block number not recorded with a message, a final block number and a block number as an idle message pointer. A voice signal inputted from a microphone is converted into a digital signal by an A/D, D/A converter 5 and inputted to an address CPU 1b. The address CPU 1b calculates a head block address data from the idle message pointer, sends the data to the DRAM 4, an address to be recorded is designated and the digital signal is recorded in the DRAM 4. |
