PURPOSE:To produce a green sheet without hindrance by adding a complexing agent to a slurry contg. powder of transition metal-contg. PZT and a water soluble binder and by forming a metallic complex between the binder and the transition metal to prevent the binder from gelling. CONSTITUTION:Water soluble polyacrylic acid as a binder is added to powder of transition metal-contg. PZT, e.g. represented by the formula and they are slurried. At this time, a complexing agent such as diammonium ethylenediaminetetraacetate is added and a metallic complex is formed between the binder and the transition metal to prevent the binder from gelling. |
