<p>PURPOSE:To decide the variation of processing state from a plurality of informations and support stabilized operation by dealing with the process data in the past stage-wise, controlling the data and comparing the variation of information at the present moment with the controlled data. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of kinds of process data in the past are controlled by means of the given classified items and time cycle by data control means 31 and 32. Also, controlled variable or target value corresponding to the control data is stored by storage means 50 and 60. Further, processing state is decided from the progress of the present value of process data by processing state deciding means 33 and 35. Also, the similarity of control data is retrieved from the decision information by retrieving means 39 and 40. Also, controlled variable or target value of retrieved data is indicated by an indication means 41. As a result, the variation of processing state is decided from a plurality of informations and stabilized operation can be supported.</p> |
