PURPOSE:To obtain the title noodle strip readily eatable without causing solidification on cooling by charging noodle strip obtained by kneading and thinly stretching materials of wheat flour, etc., cut the kneaded and stretched wheat flour into strip shape and boiling the cutted noodle and cleaning with water and subjecting the water washed material to vacuum treatment into a heat resistant vessel together with candy, etc., and sealing and sterilizing the treated noodle strip. CONSTITUTION:Noodle strips obtained by kneading materials of wheat flour, common salt, edible oil, egg, etc., retaining the kneaded materials for 2-3hr and thinly stretching the kneaded materials and cutting and boiling the stretched materials, washing the boiled material with water and washed material to vacuum treatment are charged into a heat resistant vessel and candy, ground sesame seed, vegetable soap, etc., is added thereto and the seasoned noodle strip is sealed and sterilized while heating to provide the aimed noodle strip. |
