Electrostatic sensor according to Claim 2, characterised in that it consists of a circular cylindrical casing 2 of flattened shape having two axial ducts, one 4 for injection of gas at the lower part of the casing and the other 8 for extraction of gas, at the upper part of this casing, this casing comprising, at its upper periphery, an annular slot 12 for entry of the atmosphere to be analysed and, at its centre, a solid thick disc 14 whose upper face supports one of the two conducting discs 16, the second conducting disc 18 consisting of the upper cover of the casing, the flow of injection gas passing around the thick disc after passage through a filter 20 for purification and uniform distribution of its flow. <IMAGE>
