PURPOSE:To mold a strong plastic tubular body by molding by using a rigid plastic a plurality of divided parts forming the inner surface of the tubular body, forming a tentative assembled body, using the same as a core and forming an outer tube integrally outside the core. CONSTITUTION:Rigid plastic, for example, glass fiber containing propylene resin is injection molded, and a divided part 11 forming the inner surface of a tubular body is formed by upper side molds 3 and 4, and a divided part 12 is formed by lower side molds 5 and 6. The upper and lower divided parts 11 and 12 are tentatively assembles in a manner that a projected line 11a and a channel 12a are fitted together on the bonded surfaces of said divided parts to form an inner tube tentative assembled body 10 equivalent to the inner surface shape of a tubular body 1. Then, the tentative assembled body 10 is set in a bottom force 8, and a top force 7 is clamped and plastic having fluidity is injection molded on the outer periphery of the tentative assembled body 10 to form a tubular body P constituted of a double tube consisting of a hard plastic inner tube 1 and a soft plastic outer tube 2 bonded integrally. |
