摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the unevenness of display on a liquid crystal panel due to laser processing and correction and to prevent short-circuit between counter electrodes or between adjacent electrodes by locally irradiating the liquid crystal panel with laser beam having 0.4 to 0.7mum oscillation wavelength and working transparent electrodes after liquid crystal is injected between transparent electrodes to form the liquid crystal panel. CONSTITUTION:After liquid crystal is injected, a liquid crystal panel 3 is locally irradiated with laser beam having 0.4 to 0.7mum oscillation wavelength to work transparent electrodes, and foreign matters in a liquid crystal layer 3 are destroyed or short-circuit between electrodes due to conductive foreign matters is interrupted. The area of the laser beam irradiating part is reduced because the laser beam having 0.4 to 0.7mum oscillation wavelength is used, and the laser beam 2 is concentrated to the working part or foreign matters because this laser beam is absorbed by an electrode substrate or liquid crystal less than the laser beam having 1.06mum oscillation wavelength. Thus, the occurrence of air bubbles from liquid crystal and the destruction of the irradiated part are suppressed to prevent the uneveness of display on the liquid crystal panel.
