System and means for moulding diverse materials, especially heterogeneous aggregates A for the production of abrasive tools, such as grinding wheels and discs with concave centres, in which the moulding cycle takes the form of an uninterrupted series of steps; one of the parts 2, 3 of the mould, such as the moving part 3, is fitted with a moveable peripheral annulus 4 which, at the commencement of moulding, engages with and presses against the peripheral band of the semifinished product A.
