<p>PURPOSE:To achieve a smaller size of the apparatus with a reduction in a housing space by arranging a pulsation suppressing section made up of a bar-like member within a tube between a buffer section provided between a pressurizing pump and a pressure cuff and bag and the pressure cuff and bag, the bar-like member having a groove provided on an outer surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:An air feed pressure generated in a pressurizing pump 2 enters a pressure cuff and bag 10 passing through a buffer section 4 and a pulsation suppressing section 5 to reduce noises attributed to a pulsation of feeding air and hence, while a pressure of the pressure cuff and bag 10 is rising, Korotkov sound can be detected accurately with a microphone 11 buried in the pressure cuff and bag 10. A bar-like member 18 is provided in the tube 17 and the pulsation suppressing section 5 is formed with a tube 17 and the bar-like member 18. The bar-like member 18 has a groove 19 on an outer surface thereof and the groove 19 communicates with the bar-like member 18 from one end to the other end thereof. The pulsation suppressing section 5 is composed of the tube 17 and the bar-like member 18 thereby achieving a reduction in pressure loss of air feeding with a smaller size.</p> |
