PURPOSE:To measure the flow rate with high accuracy by arranging the first and second supporters consisting of an electric insulating material into a measuring pipe for the flow rate and winding a resistance wire for an electric heater and the first temperature depending resistance wire on the first supporter at every two winding or more. CONSTITUTION:Each resistance wire 10-12 is supported in the measuring pipe 8 for the flow rate by the first and second supporters 14, 15, and disposed into the current of suction air. The resistance wire 10 for the electric heater and the first temperature dipending resistance wire 11 affected by the heat of the wire 10 are both wound on the first supporter 14 in the two tabular supporters. In this case, the both wires 10, 11 are mutually made parallel and adjacent, and alternately wound at every not less than two winding. Accordingly, the temperature of suction air heated can rapidly by detected by means of the first temperature depending resistance wire 11, and the accuracy of the measurement of the flow rate is improved. |
