<p>PURPOSE:To dispense a toll without mounting a card to an equipment by providing a card equipped with a means to store a remained use frequency and to exchange a relation signal and a card processor equipped with the reload commanding means of the remained frequency. CONSTITUTION:Only by passing a gate mechanism 11 for a user, a transmission signal from a card 1 is received in a card processor 10. In the processor 10, at first, the presence and absence of the remained use frequency is decided and when the remained frequency is present, identification data are checked. When the data are normal, the data are stored in a RAM 22. Further, the remained frequency is subtracted and a reload signal is transmitted to the card 1 together with date / time data from a timer 24. With the completion of the reception, a door 25 is opened and the customer is passed. When the remained frequency is absent or the identification data are not normal, a drive command signal for the display of a warning is outputted and in a display part, it is warned that the card can not be used.
