Distributor for central heating pipe line system has corresponding apertures for separate transporting a liquid or gaseous media. Central heating system pipe layout includes boiler (1), also inlet pipe (2) for warm water and return pipe (3) for cold water, both connected to distributor (4). Pipe lines (5) are connected to distributor and radiators (6). Boiler connection includes pipe lines (7, 8) for warm tap water supply. Distributor has internal chamber with rotary coupling piece which has two ducts for alternate supply to inlet and outlet.
