The invention relates to human monoclonal antibody of IgM type which reacts with oligosaccharides, glycoprotein or glycolipid having a terminal sugar chain structure of galactose( beta 1->3)N-acetylgalactosamine and/or galactose ( beta 1->3)N-acetylglucosamine and which reacts with human cancer cells, and hybridoma 11-50 yielding the antibody. This monoclonal antibody can be used for diagnosis of cancer, etc.
