PURPOSE:To reduce the number of ducts routed through the beams in the attic, to prevent the odor from being transferred to realize a comfortable environment and to prevent the unstable air conditioning by connecting exhaust ducts to a sanitary ventilating device for unified exhaust, performing an automatic operation by disposing sensors in each room for humidity, human presence and carbon monoxide gas, and increasing the air supply rate in conjunction with the automatic operation. CONSTITUTION:The sanitary ventilating device 20 for bath room 15, utility room 17 and toilet 13 is connected to the exhaust duct 6 which is disposed as a duct to discharge the room air from the heat exchanging, ventilating and air conditioning unit. Humidity sensors 28a, 28b are disposed in the bath room 15 and the utility room 17, a human presence sensor 29 in the toilet, and a carbon monoxide sensor 30 in the kitchen 19. The respective sensors are connected to a device which switches on and off the power source for the ventilating device 20 and the range hood 18 via signal wires to transmit the operation ON-OFF information. When the ventilating device 20 or the range hood 28 is being operated, the information is transmitted to an air blowing device 31 to increase the air supply rate and to prevent a negative pressure which tends to allow the air from outside or from other rooms to enter. |
