PURPOSE:To improve play-separation resistance after heat shrinkage by using an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponifying substance (EVOH) having a saponification value at a specific ratio as a gas barrier layer, laminating thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), which has excellent adhesive properties with EVOH, superior biaxial orientation properties and heat shrinkability and specific thickness and the range of a constituent composition of which is limited, on both sides of the EVOH and manufacturing a biaxially oriented laminate. CONSTITUTION:A heat-shrinkable film, at least one surface of an EVOH(A) layer of which has a TPU(B) layer and which satisfies formulae (I)-(V), is manufactured. In formulae (a) represents the ethylene content(mol%) of A, (b) the thickness (mum) of a layer A, (c) the nitrogen content (weight %) of B, (d) the thickness(mum) of a layer B, (e) a heat shrinkage factor (%), and (f) the inter-layer adhesive strength(g/15 mm) of the layer A and the layer B. An ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponifying substance having 25-55 mol % ethylene content and not less than 96% saponification value of a vinyl acetate component is used as EVOH. It is more favorable that the EVOH contains a 0.0005-0.2mol% silicon compound unit in a molecule thereof. EVOH having the silicon compound unit within the range of 0.0005-0.2mol% is employed as EVOH, thus further improving ply-separation resistance and flexing resistance. |
