发明名称 SYNTHETIC RESIN-ALUMINUM FOIL LAMINATED MATERIAL FOR COLD FORMING
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve cold moldability, and to maintain rigidity at a high value even after molding to a vessel by using a synthetic resin-aluminum foil for cold forming in which a synthetic-resin film having specified thickness and a specified elastic modulus or more is laminated onto at least one surface of an aluminum foil having specified thickness. CONSTITUTION:The laminating is conducted in such a manner that the surfaces of an aluminum foil, a synthetic-resin film or both foil and film are activated through plasma treatment, etc. first and the foil or the film or both foil and film are bonded and laminated to the aluminum foil by using the adhesives of an urethane group, an epoxy group, etc. It may be considered that 15 - 200mum is a temporary measure in the thickness of the aluminum foil. The synthetic- resin film having thickness of 4-100mum is selected as one laminated onto the aluminum foil. The film must have the physical value of an elastic modules of 800kg/mm<2> or more. Lately, a novel synthetic resin, particularly a group of a novel synthetic resin called engineering plastics is used. The thickness of a resin layer containing adhesives need not exceed 300mum.
