<p>PURPOSE:To enable the required welding of an electrode with a pad to be made easily and surely by a method wherein a lead lead-out pad of a hybrid circuit main body is formed into a shape of specific size using prescribed metal and the top face is formed in a ring shape. CONSTITUTION:A lead lead-out pad 2a of a hybrid circuit main body 2 is formed in such a manner that its base material is Fe.Ni or alloy of them, its surface is coated with an Ni plating layer, and its top face, at least, is formed in a ring shape 0.3-2mm in thickness and 1.5-5mm in outer diameter. The other end of a lead wire 6 is bent in parallel with the face of the pad 2a, and the bent part is arranged so as to cross the face of the pad 2a. Then, the electrode 7a out of a pair of welding electrodes 7a and 7b is made to bear on a region where the lead wire is laid on the pad 2a crossing it and the other electrode 7b is made to butt against the other region of the pad 2a distant from the region concerned, and a current is applied to the electrodes 7a and 7b as applying pressure so as to execute welding.</p> |
