CONSTITUTION:The information read by a sequencer 35 is stored in the proper memory 45 corresponding to the sequencer 35. Such memory 45 is provided by the number of the pallets 8 of a conveyor line 4 and the contents of the memory 45 are shifted to an adjacent memory 45 simultaneously with the speed of the conveyor line 4. The conveyor line 4 and personal computor are linked by a synchronous means and the shift is synchronized. So if the mold read by the sequencer 35 be for a product A, the information is shifted to other memory simultaneously with the operation of the mold and when the mold comes to a 1st pouring device, this information also reaches the memory 47 proper to the work site and the effect for a product A is displayed on the terminal of the work site.</p> |
