PURPOSE:To enlarge the range and content of work at the high place of a large structure and the like and enable continuous travel and movement for many hours by fitting a cover for partitioning a pressure reducing space between the cover and the wall surface to a wall surface attracting travel means through elevating and turning functions. CONSTITUTION:A pair of attracting belts 1 are totally enclosed by a bowl like cover 14. This cover 14 is adhered to the wall surface 5 evacuating the interior and formed to be adhered in the chamber of a large area. At the non- working time, the attracting belts 1 and the bowl like cover 14 are simultaneously adhered, thus obtaining large attracting force. A filter for removing large dirt is disposed in the attraction chamber of the attracting belt 1, and thus the sucking ability can be maintained for many hours. In addition, the angles of the bilateral attracting belts 1 are changeable in the hinged state. Accordingly, even in case the object wall surface 5 is the cylindrical curved face 5' or the like, the adhesion to the cylindrical curved face 5' can be made by the attracting belts 1. |
