This invention refers to the use of two polymers: sulfonated polystyrene [CHEMICAL FORMULA] and sulfonated polystyrene divinyl-benzene [CHEMICAL FORMULA] for the deposit of hardly soluble calcium carbonate salts. The deposited calcium carbonate is a monohydrate salt. The deposit became possible in water solutions by using the methodology of fixed composition of the solution. This invention can also be applied in the manufacture of semiconductors.
