PURPOSE:To discharge a great amount of concrete at a time by pushing a tube into the concrete filling a hopper for taking the concrete in the tube. CONSTITUTION:A hopper 1 is connected to a discharge pipe 11 via a discharge valve 12 on one side of its bottom, and provided with a slide tube 2 at the symmetrical position to the discharge tube 11. A slide tube 2 is hollow, and adapted to be reciprocated inside the hopper 1 by a sliding cylinder 22 taking the reaction from an unmovable body such as a wall face 21 or the like. The opened top of the slide tube 2 is connected with the discharge pipe 11 when the slide tube 2 is pushed to the innermost. A piston 3 in the slide tube 2 is operated by the supply and the discharge of pressure oil in a push-off cylinder 4 constructed in one body with the slide tube 2 in the rear. This construction permits to push off a great amount of the concrete of uniform slump at a time. |
