<p>PURPOSE:To use inexpensive parts to obtain the oscillator output hardly affected by the variance of temperature or the like by determining the oscillation frequency by currents flowing to two power sources and the capacity of a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:Currents of current sources I1 and I2 are controlled by a control input voltage, and discharging is started when the charging potential of the input terminal of a capacitor 3 reaches the threshold potential of a buffer 4, and charging is started when the discharging potential of the capacitor 3 reaches the threshold potential of the buffer 4, and the capacitor 3 is repeatedly charged and discharged to alternately invert the output potential of the capacitor 3, and an oscillation output voltage O is sent from an inverter 5. Though the threshold potential of the buffer 4 is varied by the temperature or the like, the threshold potential for charging and that for discharging are equal to each other. Thus, inexpensive standard parts in the market are used to obtain the oscillation output hardly affected by the variance of temperature or the like.</p> |
