<p>PURPOSE:To attain optimum channel assignment by informing a signal level and a number of a radio channel to an exchange control station at the time occurrence of a specific event by each radio base station and allowing the exchange control station to assign the radio channel based on the estimate of arrangement information of each radio base station. CONSTITUTION:Radio base stations 3-21 to 3-2n observe part or all signal levels of a radio channel at the occurrence time of a specific event and inform the result of observation and a number of the radio channel is use by its own station at that point of time to an exchange control station 3-1. The exchange control station 3-1 estimates arrangement information of the radio base stations 3-21 to 3-2n depending on the content of the notice and assigns the radio channel used for the radio base stations 3-21 to 3-2n based on the estimate of the arrangement information. Even when how to assign the channel to the radio base stations 3-21 to 3-2n is not known in advance where no interference takes place, the relation of interference is estimated and optimum or almost optimum channel assigned is attained.</p> |
