PURPOSE:To prevent the oscillation and judder of a turntable during its starting by using a vulcanized material, such as rubber, having specific hardness and a specific coefficient of impact resilience. CONSTITUTION:The rubber composition obtained by mixing (B) 5-2,000pts.wt. factice (e.g. vulcanized rapeseed oil), (C) 20-2,000pts.wt. softening agent (e.g. dibutyl phthalate), and a filler, a coloring agent, a lubricant, etc., upon occasion with (A) 100pts.wt. rubber (e.g. polynorbornane) is packed in a die having a discoidal cavity and press vulcanization is performed to obtain a deadening material 1 which has <=30 deg. hardness measured by an A type rubber hardness meter, >=15 deg. hardness by an F type rubber hardness meter, >=50% coefficient of impact resilience, 0.1-100kg/cm<2> tensile strength, 50-1,000% elongation percentage, and 0.8-1.3 specific gravity. This member 1 is adhered to the reverse surface of a turntable 3 with an adhesive. |
