PURPOSE:To easily generate a catalog procedure file by fetching data inputted from a keyboard at every input request of a program, attaching an identification number, and storing it after converting to a catalog format. CONSTITUTION:An application program 1-1 is equipped with a catalog procedure registration part 1-2 and a catalog procedure execution part 1-3. The catalog procedure registration part 1-2 fetches the data inputted from a keyboard 1-4 at every input request of the program, and attaches the identification number, and stores it after converting to the catalog format, and generates the catalog procedure file, and outputs it to an external memory device 1-5. Thereby, since an operation procedure is registered on the catalog procedure file as executing the application program, the catalog procedure file without an error can be easily generated.
