<p>PURPOSE:To adequately detect an existence of oil by movably inserting an inner electrode for sensor and forming the sensor body with a conductive resin as the base material, which is used also as an outer electrode for sensor provided to face oppositely around the inner electrode for sensor spacing a specified distance. CONSTITUTION:An inner electrode guide 2 for sensor is formed with a high resistance insulating resin having a heat resistance as the base material. At the center of this guide 2, the base part of the inner electrode 4 for sensor consisting of a metallic pipe, etc., is fitted in. This electrode 4 is integrally cast-molded with the guide 2. The base material of sensor body 1 used also as the outer electrode for sensor is molded with the conductive resin. Consequently, the electrode distance between the electrode 4 and an inner wall surface of the hollow part 1e of body 1 can be maintained approximately constant and adequate from the base part of a shaft to the tip end, thereby the detection accuracy can be improved.</p> |
