<p>PURPOSE:To accurately detect an existence of lubricating oil by incorporating detection means for lubricating oil shortage detecting the existence of lubricating oil at the head side of a sensor body in the manner of connecting them to a sensor body and an inner electrode for sensor. CONSTITUTION:A stepped part 1g is formed at the midway of the base part of a hollow part 1e on the sensor body 1 which is used also as an outer electrode for sensor, and a stepped part 2a of the inner electrode guide 2 for sensor is hooked on that stepped part 1g. The inner electrode 4 for sensor is fitted in the shaft center of the guide 2. Further, a printed circuit board 7 mounted with component parts of the detection means for lubricating oil shortage is fixed with a screw 8 on the mounting part 4b of electrode 4. Since a resistance value of the lubricating oil is smaller than an insulation resistance value of the space between the body 1 and the electrode 4, the existence of lubricating oil can be discriminated from the difference between both resistance values at the detector means for lubricating oil shortage which are incorporated to an oil sensor A.</p> |
