PURPOSE: To effectively execute a logic function by permanently connecting each of conductive lines of a first set to the output of one OR array of function units and permanently connecting each of conductive lines of a second set to the input of one AND array of function units. CONSTITUTION: A matrix of function units 20 to 28 has an input 29 and an output 30 and includes conductive lines of a first set 31 and a second set 32. Lines of the first set 31 are permanently connected to the output from one OR array of function units 20 to 28. Meanwhile, lines of the second set 32 are permanently connected to the input of one AND array of function units 20 to 28. Conductive lines of the set 32 cross those of the set 31, and areas where conductive lines of first and second sets cross each other form a programmable connection matrix, and they can be opened and closed and are programmably linked to execute a logic function. |
