PURPOSE:To stabilize the shunt characteristic to control the generated power with a high precision by combining and arranging transistors TRs and level shift diodes as second shunt element driving means corresponding to solar batteries of a second battery group. CONSTITUTION:PNP TRs Q21 to Q2m and first and second level shift diodes 91 to 9m and 101 to 10m are combined as second shunt element driving circuits, and TRs Q1n+1 and Q1n+m are so constituted that their switching is controlled with a prescribed hysteresis. Consequently, relations of control voltage ranges of shunt characteristics in analog and digital shunt element driving circuits are kept constant though the environmental temperature or the like is changed. Thus, currents of TRs Q11 to Q1n+m are stabilized without an influence of the temperature change like the environmental temperature change to perform the control of high precision, and the generated power is controlled as stably as possible. |
