PURPOSE: To enhance a fitting efficiency by installing an operating head having two fitting units in a movable and rotatable carriage, and automatically fitting and cutting a seal while moving the carriage. CONSTITUTION: A first fitting unit 10 having a feed roller 12 for a seal D covered with a protective paper tape, a tape removal roller 16, a pressure roller 11 and a cutting unit 13 is installed in a movable and rotatable carriage 52. A final fitting unit 30 having a roller 31, a suction chamber 32, and a spindle rod 35 is installed in a position opposite the unit 10. The seal D which is first fitted in place by the unit 10 and then fitted in place while moving along a window frame or the like is finally pushed into a frame by means of the spindle rod 35 of the unit 30. Therefore, the seal D can be installed automatically. |
