Procreative doll intended for simulating pregnancy and delivery. The invention relates to a doll and a new-born baby, with the aid of which a child can, for educational purposes, on the one hand start a pregnancy and follow it, causing it to evolve himself, and, on the other hand, be present at a birth by himself taking part in delivery. To this end, the doll 9 is equipped with a ventral cavity 13 and with a vaginal orifice 15, both having elastic walls, and the new-born baby is provided with an inner abdominal cavity 2, with an elastic wall, lined with an absorbent material. The new-born baby is fed with the aid of an umbilical cord 12 connecting the mouth of the doll to the navel 5 of the new-born baby. The new-born baby is fed by means of the mouth of the doll via the umbilical cord 12 with the aid of a liquid which causes the new-born baby to develop, the liquid being absorbed by the absorbent material contained in its abdominal cavity 2, and then delivery is effected via the vaginal orifice 15 which has an elastic wall. The new-born baby, after removal of the liquid from its abdominal cavity 2 (by pressure on the latter), is re-placed in the ventral cavity 13 of the doll, enabling the child to start a further pregnancy and delivery. <IMAGE>
