PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive resin composition having developability with a neutral aqueous agent and water-resistant ink properties of the relief part and desirable as a flexographic printing plate by using a polymer of a glass transition temperature <=5 deg.C and a hydrophilic polymer as base polymers and adding a specified solvent to the system. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition for flexographic printing plate is obtained by mixing 20-80wt.%, desirably 30-70wt.% elastomer (A) having a glass transition temperature <=5 deg.C, desirably <=-10 deg.C, with 5-50wt.%, particularly 7-40wt.% hydrophilic polymer (B) (e.g. COOM-containing polyurethane), an ethylenically unsaturated compound (C) (e.g. oligobutadiene acrylate), a polar solvent (D) having a low degree of swelling in component A yet being able to swell, disperse and dissolve component (B), 0.001-5wt.%, desirably 0.001-2.0wt.% photopolymerization initiator (E) (e.g. benzyl dimethyl ketal). |
