<p>PURPOSE:To perform kanji processing and the image processing of a graph or the like by printing a plastic card according to a magnetic recording system of the magnetic data recording mode of a credit card equipped with a magnetic stripe. CONSTITUTION:When data necessary for the publishment of an ID card is inputted from a keyboard 11 equipped with a CRT display, said data is sent to a central processing unit to start a data reading/collating means 16. In case of the novel publishment of an IC card 20, the reading input of an auxiliary memory apparatus 13 is performed and it is collated whether data is already registered or a novel register number is taken in to output an execution result to the keyboard 11 as a message. Next, when recognition data is inputted, a display editing means 18 and a data writing means 19 are started successively, and the display printing of a non-embossing ID card and the data writing output to a magnetic stripe are performed in an ID card reader/writer 12 equipped with a printer and the writing output of the publishment content of the ID card 20 is performed to the auxiliary memory apparatus 13. As a result, kanji or image processing becomes possible.</p> |
