PURPOSE:To obtain a complex dielectric having a relative dielectric constant suitable for very small capacity, excellent molding and processing properties, comprising a SrTiO3-CaTiO3-based dielectric ceramic and polymer resin material. CONSTITUTION:A complex dielectric which comprises (A) 10 to 70vol.% dielectric ceramic, consisting of SrTiO3 and CaTiO3, having a blending ratio controlled to give a desired relative dielectric constant, (B) 90 to 30vol.% polymer resin material, e.g. preferably thermoplastic resin such as polyacetal or thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin and optionally a small amount of glass fibers, has 5 to 60 relative dielectric constant (epsilon), excellent molding and processing properties and is suitable for a condenser for very small capacity. |
