<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the disappearance or alteration of data by providing a lock mechanism prohibiting the extraction of a recording medium from a digital tachograph main body. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer (MPU) judges whether a parking brake is applied by a parking brake switch and, when the parking brake is applied, the MPU judges whether a car speed is zero. When the car speed is zero, the MPU sets the coil 15 of a solenoid 10 to an exciting state to release the lock state due to a lock pin 4. Herein, a memory card 21 is inserted and pulled out by a driver. Next, the lock pin 4 is set to a horizontal state from this state in order to insert the card 21 from a card insertion port 3 to insert the card 21 and the lock pin 4 is brought to a vertical state. The driver releases the brake from this state to start running. The MPU 16 successively samples running data during running to make it possible to record the same on the card 12.</p> |
