PURPOSE:To support a capability during a heating operation and to recover discharged heat during a cooling operation by a method wherein a capillary tube is divided into two segments, a circuit having a hot water and refrigerant heat exchanger and a control valve and another circuit having another control valve are arranged side-by-side between the two segments, and a bypassing circuit having a control valve is connected in parallel with a circuit having a sub-capillary tube and an outdoor heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A circuit 11 having a hot water and refrigerant heat exchanger 9 and a control valve 10 and another circuit 13 having another control valve 12 are arranged side-by- side between a main capillary tube 5a and a sub-capillary tube 5b. Another circuit 15 having another control valve 14 is arranged in parallel with a circuit having a sub-capillary tube 5b and an outdoor heat exchanger 3. Each of the control valves 10, 12 and 14 is changed over and in case of performing a heating operation, a circuit through the main capillary tube 5a, hot water and refrigerant heat exchanger 9 and sub-capillary tube 5b and another circuit through the main capillary tube 5a and the sub-capillary tube 5b are selectively used. During a cooling operation, the circuit is of the main capillary tube 5a, the hot water and refrigerant heat exchanger 9 and the bypassing circuit 15 and then the hot water and refrigerant heat exchanger 9 is connected to a circulation additional burning circuit for a bath device C by a pump 16. |
