PURPOSE:To obtain a molded base material which is compressed and integrated uniformly as a whole, by a method wherein a recessed parts are provided on a mold surface position corresponding to a bracket device position and the recessed parts each are equipped with specific auxiliary molds. CONSTITUTION:A recessed parts 33 provided on a mold surface position corresponding to fitting positions of brackets 2 each of a molded base material 13 is equipped with an auxiliary mold 34, which is constituted of a base part 36 and head part 37. The bracket 2 is fitted into the recessed part 33 so that a mat material piece 11 is put between the flange 21 of the bracket 2 and a bottom force 31. Then the base part 36 of the auxiliary mold 34 is fixed detachably to the bottom force 31 through a stopper insertion hole 22 of the bracket 2. Then when a main mat material 1 is introduced between the bottom and top forces 31, 32 for heating and compression, the same is unified and becomes the molded base material 13. The flange 21 of the bracket 2 is laid within the molded base material 13, a part between both side walls 25 also is pressurized similarly to the other part, the whole is compression-molded uniformly and the flange 21 is fitted firmly. |
