Highly functional fluorinated polyisocyanates of the formula: (I) wherein Z1 represents the functional group -O-CO-NH-R-NCO; Z2 represents the difunctional group -O-CO-NH-R-NH-CO-O-; Rf is a radical derived from fluoropolyethers having a molecular weight between 500 and 7000; T represents a trivalent or tetravalent radical derived from a polyol; q is zero or l; and s is 1 or 2. Also, varnishes containing said highly functional fluorinated polyisocyanates of formula (I).
