PURPOSE:To facilitate the fitting to a motorcycle and the like of the titled device by forming the radiator into the bent shape as a circular arc. CONSTITUTION:Required number of cooling pipes 1 are bent in circular arc shape, corrugated fins 2 which have a pair of half-round shape cutouts 4, in plane view, at the bent edge part are prepared. Said corrugated fins 2 are arranged on the both left and right sides along about whole length of said bent cooling pipes 1, said cutouts 4 of fins 2 are engaged to cooling pipes 1, fins 2 and cooling pipes 1 are alternatively assembled. Tanks 6, 7 are engaged with the both upper and lower end parts of said cooling pipes 1, a pair of side plates 10 are fitted to the both left and right sides of corrugated fins 2, finally, cooling pipes 1, corrugated fins 2, tanks 6, 7 and side plates 10 are soldered and unified, thus the assembling of the radiator is finished. |
