PURPOSE:To reduce the effect due to an external disturbance such as noise and to attain the stable reception by combining a means eliminating a momentary mis-charge from the L level to the H level of an input data to detect a stable change and a means eliminating a momentary mis-charge from the H level to the L level to detect the stable change. CONSTITUTION:D flip-flops 5, 6, 7 and a NAND gate 11 eliminate a momentary mis-charge from the L level to the H level of a serial reception data RXD sampled by a D flip-flop 4 and detect a stable change form the L level to the H level as a 1st detection means 102 and D flip-flops 8, 9, 10 and a NAND gate 12 eliminate a momentary mis-charge from H level to an L level of a serial reception data RXD sampled by a D flip-flop 4 and detect a stable change from the H level to the L level as a 2nd detection means 103 and a reproducing means 104 uses the output signals from both the detection means to reproduce the serial reception data RXD whose momentary mis-charge is eliminated respectively. |
