PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out an insulation test between a through hole conductor for a green sheet and an electric power pattern printed on said green sheet without damaging a printed interconnection side by laying out a conductor at a position identical to a through hole formed on a green sheet to be inspected and using pattern short inspection jigs. CONSTITUTION:A set of pattern short inspection jigs comprises a conductive sheet 3, a polyvinyl sheet 1 having a plurality of through holes 2 laid out at a position equivalent to each through hole 6 on a green sheet 4 to be inspected, and a conductive paste 10 embedded in each hole. One end of the conductive paste 10 embedded in each through hole 2 is entirely connected with the conductive sheet 3 pasted to one side of the polyvinyl sheet 1 while the other end is entirely projected from the other side of the polyvinyl sheet 1 slightly and formed so that it may be brought into contact with the top of the conductive paste 11 in each hole laid out on the green sheet 4. The conductive sheet 3 is provided with a terminal 8 to which an insulation test machine lead wire must be connected. |
